In just a few months, Bernie has helped me regain pain-free movement in my body which I haven’t had for so long. Above all, she’s given me hope. Thank you Bernie for your depth of knowledge, passion and dedication every week. I’ve found attending Vigour Pilates so rewarding.

I have been a client at Vigour Pilates for nearly ten years and love Bernie and her team. They know me and all their clients body and are always professional. Bernie and her team program and plan for my individual needs and with my flexible body this is needed to align me to keep me on track. Incredibly attentive and caring staff who just want to see you achieve your goals. I am already getting stronger after only a couple of weeks attending the pilates studio and I am much more knowledgeable about my body. Thank you Vigour Pilates!

After a few short weeks in the studio have had 3 major wins this week. No pain where I would have had pain normally (walking and gardening) and less snoring (happy husband) Thanks Bernie

I have practiced Pilates in three studios over about 15 years. Vigour Pilates and Bernie have been fantastic in helping me address a series of old injuries and general body pain. Bernie is always caring and in tune with what I need. Bit by bit I am feeling stronger and more energised. Keep up the great work Bernie.

Bernie is amazing! I have been working with her for a few years and she has taught me so much about my body, posture and movement and helped me through some injuries. Bernie has a knack for knowing just what your body needs. Her studio classes are small and tailored to suit the individual’s needs. I highly recommend Bernie and her team ?
