In just a few months, Bernie has helped me regain pain-free movement in my body which I haven’t had for so long. Above all, she’s given me hope. Thank you Bernie for your depth of knowledge, passion and dedication every week. I’ve found attending Vigour Pilates so rewarding.

Thank you Vigour Pilates for the wonderful environment and great times and laughs (in between breathes). Highly recommended You don’t win Sutherland Shire business award for nothing.....

Incredibly attentive and caring staff who just want to see you achieve your goals. I am already getting stronger after only a couple of weeks attending the pilates studio and I am much more knowledgeable about my body. Thank you Vigour Pilates!

After a few short weeks in the studio have had 3 major wins this week. No pain where I would have had pain normally (walking and gardening) and less snoring (happy husband) Thanks Bernie

I have practiced Pilates in three studios over about 15 years. Vigour Pilates and Bernie have been fantastic in helping me address a series of old injuries and general body pain. Bernie is always caring and in tune with what I need. Bit by bit I am feeling stronger and more energised. Keep up the great work Bernie.

Bernie is amazing! I have been working with her for a few years and she has taught me so much about my body, posture and movement and helped me through some injuries. Bernie has a knack for knowing just what your body needs. Her studio classes are small and tailored to suit the individual’s needs. I highly recommend Bernie and her team ?
